What exactly is free?

Is the browser extension included?

It comes with Creator and above. It flags scam replies the instant they appear while you're scrolling X, which the server-side watch can't do. That runs on a two-to-fifteen minute cycle depending on your plan. The two work together: the extension is the fast layer, the server is the one that never sleeps. It needs your account key to run.

Does it delete comments without asking me?

Not unless you turn that on. Every account starts in review mode: we flag, you decide with one click. Autopilot is a toggle, and even then it only acts on scams the classifier is at least 95% sure about. Everything it does is logged and reversible.

How does the X side work without my browser open?

You connect your X account once, and we hide scam replies to your posts server-side, the same 24/7 model as YouTube. X gives no way for anyone to delete another person's reply, so hiding (which removes it from your thread) is the strongest action available. The optional browser extension adds instant flagging while you happen to be browsing.

What counts as an X reply against my plan?

Every new reply or mention we read for you. We only ever read replies we haven't seen before, and your dashboard shows the running count. If you go over, it's $19 per extra 1,000, or move up a plan. We stop reading before a bill can surprise you.

Will it flag my actual fans by mistake?

The classifier is tuned to be conservative: a comment that plausibly comes from a real viewer is left alone, including harsh criticism. Obvious spam gets caught by pattern rules; anything ambiguous goes to an AI model that errs toward leaving comments up. When you mark something as fine, that feeds back into detection.

What does it actually catch?

Accounts impersonating you (including the unicode lookalike trick), fake giveaway and “you've won” messages, crypto and forex bait, Telegram and WhatsApp contact farming, romance and account-recovery cons, and bot engagement spam. Spam confirmed on one channel raises confidence across every channel we protect.
